Restoration of the church pews at St. Peter’s Cathedral in Bautzen
The over 100-year-old pews of St. Peter’s Cathedral were thoroughly restored. Work included treating woodworm infestation, reconstructing worn parts, color-matching the surfaces, and sealing them with wood soap. Finally, more than 100 pews were precisely realigned on the platform for perfect alignment with the altar.
